Hello Ladies and Gentlemen,
Premièrement, I just want to apologize for not writing these emails in french. Mon français has been collecting dust over the last few years, so grammatical errors would be plentiful. Needless to say, I am saving face 
At any rate, here is what we’ve been up to:
We will not have the Cahier de Souvenirs ready on time to be sold at the Reunion. I know, it’s really sad. I just wanted to say that we underestimated the amount of work this kind of project takes. We did not want to deliver poor quality work, hence we have postponed the release. For those of you who have submitted pictures, we wanted to thank you. We plan to have a slide show of sorts ready at the barbecue. The fact that you did dig deep into your photo albums is not in vain and was not a waste of time We will keep you posted as the work progresses.
The OFFICIAL reunion T-shirts are going to be available and on sale for you to take back as a souvenir!
We went and physically checked out the location over the weekend and we are in LOVE with it. We’ve gotten emails from individuals bringing their children and we want to assure you that it is very kid friendly as it has a playground for them to run around. In addition to that, we are going to be charging $6 per person (children not included). The reason being, we are providing food for 80+ individuals that have officially RSVP’d. We cannot stress enough that if you know anyone that is coming and that hasn’t RSVP’d yet, please urge them to do so. We are anticipating a lot more and this is just to cover our costs for the amazing food and miscellaneous beverages that will be provided. We did set up a paypal account to make things easier for you. So please pay here on paypal or please check out the welcome page. If you scroll down, you will see a ‘PAYPAL’ button for your convience. For those of you who may be coming from overseas or may not have a pay pal acct set up, please feel free to call me at 301 221 2058 so that you can make your purchase. However, I strongly urge you to use paypal in order to make things go smooth and to avoid any confusion the day of.
In addition to that, we have decided that should any of you feel generous enough to pay more than the actual $6, we will donate a part of the proceeds to an organization named Hiwot HIV/AIDS Prevention, Care and Support Organization.
